extensive experience in musical theatre production that includes having worked alongside Manolo
Fabregas and Otto Sirgo as Assistant Director and Producer for the Mexican production "Como Ama
la Otra Mitad" starring Julio Aleman. Her experience includes over fifteen years of directing and
choreographing such musicals as "Cats", "Crazy for You", "Phantom of the Opera". "Jesus Christ
Superstar", "Grease", "Song and Dance", "Beauty and the Beast", "Annie" at the Gusman Center for
the Performing Arts, "High School Musical", "Seussical",, "Broadway Record Breakers",
"Thoroughly Modern Millie", "Beauty and the Beast", the Florida's Premier of "13" from Jason
Robert Brown and recently the South East Premier of Disney's Aladdin DLE. Currently she is
directing and producing "Disney's Camp Rock the Musical" and "101 Dalmatians". Originally from
Mexico, where she was a three time national jazz competition winner, her passion for theatre and
dance brought her to New York City where she studied under Chet Walker. The depth and breath of
her experience both on and behind the stage is significant, encompassing the technical aspects of tap,
ballet, jazz, musical theatre, and acting as well as costume/set design, directing and producing. Her
work has won various awards which have included best public access television series (Westchester,
NY) as well as numerous commendations for her significant contributions to the performing arts in
the community.
Broadway Musical Theatre is extremely pleased to welcome Ms. Rosario Suarez (Charin) to our
family. Ms. Suarez as ballet instructor, was born in Havana, Cuba, where she completed her dance
studies at the National School of the Arts. She was a recipient of the Gold Medal at the International
Ballet Competition of Varna, Bulgaria, among other prestigious awards. She has danced as a
Principal Dancer with the National Ballet of Cuba (1968-1995) and has performed in more than 50
countries as a guest artist. One highlight of Suárez's career is her performance of Odette-Odile in
Swan Lake at the Théâtre des Champs Elysées, Paris in 1983. Acclaimed in Cuba as the greatest and
most popular ballerina of her generation, Ms. Suárez is famous as a versatile interpreter who prefers
to build her stage characters around expressive musicality. Ms. Suarez joined the Thomas Armour
Youth Ballet faculty in 2008 and now is an honor that she is part of Broadway Musical Theatre.

Annette Navarro is a singer/actress/songwriter from Miami,FL. She owns a Bachelor of Music Degree in
Musical Theater from the University of Miami. Her theater credits include Backup Singer (Barry
Manilow’'s Miami tour), Beverly (Miami Beach the Musical premier), Lil' Bit (How I Learned to Drive),
Marisol (Marisol), Belle (Beauty & the Beast), Carmen (Fame). She has also appeared in Telemundo’'s
Alguien Te Mira, and was lead for several local independent films including Blood Red Rebel, Mermaid
in the Sky and Brown Book. She has also worked with Broadway directors Jerry Zaks, John Ruocco, and
Carl Forsman through the American Theater Wing’s Apprentice Program. As a singer/songwriter she is
currently a member of the GrammyU association.
Teresa Padrón, born in Venezuela and formally principal dancer of Ballet Nacional
de Caracas, where she danced from 1985 until 1997. Among her most distinguished performances are The
International Dace Festival of Montpellier in France, The Autumn Festival in Spain, The Inter-American
Arts Festival in Puerto Rico, The International Festival La Habana, Cuba, and The Aspen Festival in the
US. Always as soloist of the company her repertoire includes Romeo & Juliet, Cinderella, Swan Lake,
Serenade, and Apollo. In 1996 and 1997 she was nominated as “Best Classical Ballerina” of Venezuela
“Premio Casa del Artista”.
Luis E. Mora is a singer/actor and coach originally from Colombia and raised in Miami, FL. Although Luis
is primarily a classically trained vocalist; he is best known for his vocal flexibility and range which have
landed him roles in numerous contemporary musicals such as: Jesus Christ Superstar, Joseph… Dreamcoat,
RENT, Bat Boy, Thoroughly Modern Millie, Beauty & the Beast, etc. Luis’ degree comes from Florida
State University where he finished out his Bachelors’ of Arts with a one-night performance of The Practice
Room, a Musical Theatre Cabaret that showcased his repertoire to a standing room audience. Musical
Direction credits include: The Practice Room, Chicago, and Eurydice: Going Under. The latter being an
original experiment which combined the theatrical work of playwright Sarah Ruhl with select songs by
world-renowned band Evanescence. Currently, Luis continues to perform in numerous venues and is the
instructor for a total of six different vocal groups at the Roxy Performing Arts Center. For performance

Jennifer Maer is a mezzo-soprano who graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Music
Education from Florida International University, and is an active performer and vocal instructor. She
has sung with Florida Grand Opera, the Miami Oratorio Society, Amici dell’Arte, of which she is the
Media Liaison and Secretary, and is a founding member of the Miami Worship Choir. She is an active
performer in the South Florida area, both as a soloist in works like Mendelssohn’s Elijah and Handel’s
Messiah, and as a chorus leader in congregations throughout the city.
Ms. Maer has taught voice for over 14 years, and is currently the Director of Choirs at Miami
Palmetto Senior High. Her voice students have placed at the highest levels in vocal evaluations and
competitions. She is a member of the National Association for Music Education, the Florida Music
Educators’ Association, the Florida Vocal Association, and is a past member of the American Choral
Director’s Association, the National Association for Teachers of Singing, and the Florida Federation of
Music Teachers.
NATASHA WILLIAMS, graduated from New World School of the Arts High School, Dance Division in 2004.
She completed her Bachelors in Business Management in 2008 and her Masters in Business Administration in
2012, both at Florida International University. Natasha has studied with renowned tapper Katherine Kramer and is
an alumni of Jacob’s Pillow Tap Program for 2010 where she worked with Dianne Walker, Derick Grant, Tasha
Lawson, and Ray Hesselink. Natasha occasionally performs with Miami band Xperimento and with her mentor
Katherine Kramer. She runs the tap program for the Thomas Armour Youth Ballet at the Miami Conservatory.
Natasha started the Thomas Armour Youth Ballet’s first ever Tap Team in 2011. The TAYB Tap Team
participated in the Young Talent Big Dreams Contest held at Actors Play house in 2012 and won for Group
Dance. Natasha continues to fuse tap with various genres of music including: Latin, Hip-Hop, and DubStep.
